Processing time:

On average, orders will be processed and sent within 1-3 business days.

Domestic Shipping Fees (within Australia): 

Standard Shipping (2-5 working days) - $5
Parcel Postage with Tracking (2-5 working days) - $8
Express Postage with Tracking (1-2 working Days) - $12

International Shipping Fees (outside Australia): 

Post with Tracking: 10-25 working day delivery - $9.50
Express Postage (EMS Courier) w/ Tracking 3-7 working day delivery - $30

Please note: We'll do our best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on processing times at Customs and the delivery method you choose at Checkout. Unless you’ve chosen a shipping upgrade at Checkout, we ship via standard postage which does NOT include tracking. We set up shipping upgrades as an option as we prefer to offer our customers the most cost-effective solution as internationally tracked postage prices can be quite hefty.
