Refund Policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges, however please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we'll happily work with you on resolving the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)
Our aim is complete customer satisfaction as your business is greatly valued by us. If there are any issues with the item/s once you've received them, please contact us within the first 5 days after arrival and we will happily work with you to help rectify any problems. If our solution is to refund you, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective/damaged or we have sent you the wrong order. Contact us if you need to discuss any issues with your order.
